Sites will not accept responsibility for the use of any unsafe or unsuitable equipment and reserve the right to instruct campers to disconnect such equipment. It is their site and their power supply after all. Tents are different, right? Most camping mains cables are supplied as either a 20 or 25 metre length and are normally coated in a waterproof hard wearing, high visibility coating. How to make an intelligent hook-up cable reel - Practical Motorhome
We have a Fleetwood Expedition 38K. I think I missed this on our walk thru. There is a satellite dome factory installed Winegard. Where do I hook up the receiver dish. There is a splitter behind the TV in the bedroom with a hdmi cable sitting there and over the driver a compartment with the blue ray and appears to be another hdmi cable. I'm also assuming that your Expedition is wired the same as our 38K model. In both the front electronics compartment above the instrument panel , and the rear one behind the bedroom TV , you should find an unconnected end of coaxial cable and an unconnected HDMI cable.
When not connected to power an RV uses more electricity than you think. Every time you turn on a light, use the water pump, a fan, or the furnace power is being drained from the batteries. Even when switched over to LP gas propane the fridge is using electricity.
